This form allows you to submit a report to the Listening and Support Service of the University of Caen Normandy. Anyone working or living on our campuses (staff, students, etc.) can contact the Listening and Support Service if they have experienced or witnessed any form of sexual or gender-based violence, harassment or abuse. You can report any incident here, from the seemingly most trivial (sexist remarks, jokes) to the most serious (discrimination, sexual violence, and harassment).

This report remains confidential for as long as you wish. No action will be taken regarding this report without your explicit consent.

Purpose of the processing : Reporting of sexual and gender based violence by a member of staff, students or an person outside the university of Caen Normandie

Aim of the questionnaire : This questionnaire aims at reporting any sexual and gender based violence witnessed or experienced in link with the University of Caen Normandie. In addition to this contact form, there exists an email address to contact the listening and support service of the University. Any person who has experienced or witnessed any form of sexual and gender-based violence, harassment or abuse may fill this form.

The form can be accessed from all campuses of the University of Caen Normandie.

Legal basis : The legal basis for the processing is the collecting of consent.

Automated decision-making:

The processing does not involve automated decision-making.

Individuals concerned:

Individuals who agree to fill the form.

Recipients of the data:

  • The coordination of the listening and support service ;
  • In accordance with the « Charte relative à l’usage du système d’information et des technologies de l’information et de la communication à l’Université de Caen Normandie », authorized members of the Information systems direction.

Data transfers outside of the EU:

No data transfers outside the European Union are carried out.

How long your data will be kept:

Personal data that are collected will be kept :

  • 6 years in case of offence, outrage, harassment or discrimination rape from the last decision at the university level, or 2 years from the last piece of information by the signaling party for a case closed without follow-up;
  • 20 years in case of physical or sexual assault and rape from the last decision at the university level, or 2 years from the last piece of information by the signaling party for a case closed without follow-up.

Safety

The collected personal data are received and processed in information systems that are under responsibility of the University of Caen Normandie.

The technical measures implemented comply with the best security practices in force, particularly those outlined by the competent authorities.

Only authorized personnel can access your data. They are subject to obligations imposed by our internal policy on the matter.

Rights of individuals

"In accordance with the applicable legal framework on data protection (GDRP and the amended “Loi Informatique et Libertés”), you have the following rights for the use of your data:

  • The right of objection: you may at any time oppose the processing of your data and have the right to withdraw your consent
